Commercial Property Lawyer

Job Description

Our client has around 100 people and an annual turnover of £7m. They are both Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many disciplines. On top of a competitive salary, they have a bonus scheme that pays between 10% and 20% of fees recovered over 3 times your salary.

They now wish to add to their already successful Commercial Property Team with the appointment of a Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE. Ideally, you should be confident in delivering a good service within a very fast-paced team and hit the ground running to take on a wide variety of Real Estate transactions, including but not limited to:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal
• Lease renewal and rent review
• Site assembly for developers
• Advice to landlords and tenants
• Option, pre-emption and overage agreements
• Property financing
• Advice upon retail, office, and industrial development
• Joint venture projects
