Aviation Finance Lawyer 4-6PQE
Location: London – £90,000 – £100,000
Our client is a large multinational law firm with offices across the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The banking & finance team specializes in corporate lending, leverage finance, asset finance, real estate finance (investment and development), and project finance. For this role, they seek an individual with experience in aviation finance.
You will handle the full transaction lifecycle, including financing, leasing, and restructuring of commercial and private aircraft across regions such as the Middle East and Asia. Clients include investors, banks, airlines, and leasing companies.
Ideal candidates will have 4 to 6 years PQE, preferably qualified in England & Wales, but candidates qualified in other Commonwealth jurisdictions will also be considered.
