Job Description:
Tax Transformation ERP – Senior Manager
We are looking for talented Senior Managers to join us in Canada Square, London (although flexibility on location will be considered). Candidates should have experience in:
- Deep tax transformation, including analyzing requirements, designing processes, and implementing solutions
- ERP finance and tax systems, such as SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, or Workday
- Design and configuration of ERP systems for tax purposes
- Implementing VAT engines and bolt-ons like Vertex O-Series, Thomson Reuters OneSource, or Meridian VAT
- Tax technology implementation, including requirements gathering and design documentation
- Tax process knowledge, e.g., indirect tax, direct tax, transfer pricing
- End-to-end finance processes and their integration with tax
- Advising on tax technology for compliance and reporting
- Project and client management
- Leading global tax transformation projects
- Designing and deploying ERP and tax automation solutions
- Developing global governance and process frameworks
- Building client relationships and managing teams
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience with automation for efficiency and risk management
- Process, risk, and controls design
- Strong communication skills
- Responsibility and accountability in work
- Problem analysis and information integration
- Knowledge of tax and accounting compliance processes
