Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. Strong Portfolio Leadership with a focus on Business Change, significant process improvement, and effective, dynamic regulatory & C-Suite Reporting.
2. High EQ: Dynamic, proactive, engaging, with a passion for ownership, process improvement, and automation.
3. Strong Change Management focus, with experience in Financial Services: Trading, Clearing, Exchanges.
4. Solid Governance approach with experience in both Waterfall & Agile methodologies and core platform transformations.
