Job Description:

Software Engineering / DevOps (warm desk 70 roles to work on)

Commission to 50%

2 days a week WFH

You’ll be a 360 Recruiter looking to move away from completely cold BD. This is a warm desk with clients and roles to work on from day one. Although BD will be part of this role, it’s not the main focus.

Experience

• Strong relationship management skills, proven track record in making multiple placements and expanding accounts.
• Excellent technical recruitment knowledge of Software Engineering and ideally DevOps.
• 360 recruitment experience in an agency environment.
• Proven success in opening new clients and onboarding them.
• Advanced sourcing/qualification skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and qualify candidates.
• Manage client needs and expectations.
• Maintain strong market relationships.
• Work to improve recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Quota or goal-oriented, target-driven.
• Able to meet strict deadlines independently, motivated.
