The firm’s Dispute Resolution team assists clients with complex patent and SPC disputes involving multi-jurisdictional litigation between major science and technology companies. The practice covers:
- Life sciences (biotechnology and pharmaceuticals)
- Technology
They also handle a limited amount of “soft IP” work, primarily related to trademark and design disputes (often alongside patent matters) and regulatory work.
We are interested in hearing from candidates (NQ-6PQE) who are eager to join during an exciting period of growth for the firm.
Suitable candidates will ideally have:
- Experience in intellectual property, especially patent litigation
- Exposure to the life sciences and/or technology sectors
- A strong academic background, including a STEM degree and demonstrated high intellectual rigor
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for technology and its legal intersections
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues and clients at all levels
While not mandatory, interest in working with another European language is welcomed.
