Key Responsibilities In The Position of SEO Specialist:
- Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and increase traffic.
- Carry out detailed keyword research, on-page and technical optimisation, and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into web development and content creation.
- Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush, and report on key metrics.
- Stay current with SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
Requirements:
- proven in an SEO Specialist role, ideally within a digitally focused or ecommerce environment.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience with content strategy and link-building initiatives.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools including but not limited to Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
