Compliance Officer

We’re currently partnering with a top performing workplace pension provider and are undergoing a rapid stage of growth. They are seeking a Compliance Monitoring Lead – 12 Month FTC who will lead the compliance monitoring function, ensuring operations align with regulations and internal policies.

Role Overview:

• Supporting the development and execution of a risk-based compliance monitoring plan.
• Designing and managing a monitoring program to identify areas of non-compliance.
• Conducting reviews across pension and insurance products.
• Advising on regulatory changes and improving monitoring processes.
• Offering technical support on regulatory matters across the business.

Requirements:

• Recognised compliance qualification.
• 5+ years in compliance within pensions or financial services.
• Proven leadership in compliance monitoring.
• Knowledge of FCA, PRA, TPR regulations, GDPR, and AML rules.
