Salesforce Admin Team Lead | Inside IR35 | FTC

Looking for an Admin Team Lead to join a client of mine and manage a team of Salesforce Admins in an exciting, global organisation.

You must have experience managing a team and strong people management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the building of Salesforce features, including workflows, validation rules. Page layouts etc
• Lead the team to implement and design automation tools.
• Develop reports and collaborate with stakeholders and senior management.
