About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead targeted campaigns that drive delegate engagement and sponsorship revenue. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing strategies while working closely with internal teams, media partners, and sponsors. This is a fast-paced role suited to an ambitious individual eager to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to maximise attendance and sponsorship sales.
- Source, refine, and expand high-quality data for outreach and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry partners.
- Write and distribute press releases, securing media coverage and event exposure.
- Track and analyse marketing performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with telemarketing and sponsorship teams.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to refine future marketing efforts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend events to gather insights and strengthen industry connections.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in a marketing role within the conference or events industry.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with a strategic approach to growth.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
