About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead targeted campaigns that drive delegate engagement and sponsorship revenue. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing strategies while working closely with internal teams, media partners, and sponsors. This is a fast-paced role suited to an ambitious individual eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to maximise attendance and sponsorship sales.
  • Source, refine, and expand high-quality data for outreach and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry partners.
  • Write and distribute press releases, securing media coverage and event exposure.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with telemarketing and sponsorship teams.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to refine future marketing efforts.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend events to gather insights and strengthen industry connections.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience in a marketing role within the conference or events industry.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with a strategic approach to growth.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
