Applications Specialist – SharePoint & SaaS

Location: London (Hybrid)

Rate: £250 – £300 per day Inside IR35

Contract Length: 6 months

Overview:

A global life sciences brand is seeking an Applications Specialist with strong SharePoint expertise to support key SaaS platforms. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking digital team, enabling enterprise collaboration and operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as the SharePoint SME, managing configuration, support, and optimisation.
• Provide 3rd line support for SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver updates and improvements.
• Create documentation, support integration, and contribute to Agile delivery.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• In-depth experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics, and other SaaS platforms.
• Comfortable working across Windows, iOS/macOS environments.
• Familiar with ITIL processes, service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow), and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
