Mainly Remote – 1-2 days in the office a month in Hampshire

£50,000 – £60,000

We’re looking for a Global Marketing Lead who can bring the same passion that fuels us at home to markets around the world. This is your chance to step into a diverse, high-impact role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be the driving force behind our international brand and marketing strategy. If you’ve worked across the full marketing mix (consumer and trade), and have real experience supporting international markets, we want to hear from you.

Work closely with our International Sales Teams and partner with global agencies, and collaborate with our in-house creatives. You’ll bring strategic thinking, strong leadership, and clear communication to the table – and leave with global growth and brand consistency as your legacy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution across global markets
  • Drive localised, measurable campaigns across all channels
  • Ensure brand consistency while staying culturally relevant
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and globally

Key Requirements:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who embodies a unique blend of strategic vision, creative flair, and hands-on execution.

  • Bold Collaborator: A confident communicator who can seamlessly bridge the gap between Marketing and International Sales. This role requires someone who can influence and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders while maintaining focus on shared goals.
  • People Leadership: Proven ability to manage relationships both up and down the organizational structure, as well as externally with agencies, distributors, and partners. Skilled in stakeholder management and team collaboration.
  • Strategic Doer: A big-picture thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves. You thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and are happy to get involved in execution—from campaign activation to hands-on project delivery.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Numerically confident with a keen eye for performance metrics. Able to build, track, and optimize marketing budgets while analysing campaign results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Skilled Presenter: Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging distributor partners, senior leadership, and creative teams to bring ideas to life and foster alignment.
  • Creative Storyteller: A compelling writer and content strategist with an eye for visual storytelling. You will lead the creation and curation of high-impact, audience-relevant content across multiple platforms and geographies.
  • Marketing All-Rounder: Minimum of 5 years’ experience across the full marketing mix, including brand and category management, digital marketing, trade and in-store POS, PR, conferences, and ATL campaigns.
  • Global Perspective: International experience and cultural empathy are highly desirable. Ideally, you’ll bring a strong understanding of how marketing and sales functions operate across diverse regions, particularly Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
