BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER – APPRENTICESHIPS – £45,000 – OTE £20,000.
An exciting new role for an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join a dynamic Apprenticeship team. Working for a leading training provider who specialise in IT and Digital apprenticeships. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in winning new business driving client relationships, activity and fee generation via apprenticeship starts. You will demonstrate high levels of pace, passion and persuasion with excellent inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience of winning new business and managing key accounts
- MUST HAVE Apprenticeships knowledge
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
- To generate success from sales calls
- To generate high quality candidates
- Managing client relationships to the highest standard
- To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations.
- To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed.
- Maintaining all relevant management information on the CRM.
