Full Stack Developer (remote or hybrid)

This is an opportunity to take significant ownership in a fast-paced, VC-backed pre-seed environment focused on meaningful, socially impactful innovation. Working directly with the core team, you’ll be instrumental in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions that merge cutting-edge machine learning with accessible tools like WhatsApp messaging. If you’re someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves contributing from concept through to production, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement and deploy fullstack applications integrating modern AI models into real-world workflowsWork collaboratively with product and technical teams to transform ideas into tangible featuresMaintain and refine APIs, particularly around communication platforms such as Twilio and WhatsAppWrite clean, production-ready code in Python and JavaScript across both backend and frontend systemsContribute to both existing systems and new “greenfield” projectsIdentify and solve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and scale-related concernsConstantly explore AI tools and trends to keep the platform ahead of the curveKey Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of relevant industry experience with prior startup exposureProficiency in Python and JavaScript; familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI, Express.js, and ReactStrong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and webhook integrationsExperience with Git and GitHub for collaborative developmentKnowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP (Cloud Run, App Engine)Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to rapid iterationsGood understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsNice to Have:Experience with WhatsApp API, Twilio, or other messaging servicesFamiliarity with AI frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, Autogen, or VertexAIDemonstrated ownership of full lifecycle projectsBackground in launching AI-based or LLM-integrated functionalitiesPersonal or professional passion projects related to AI…
