Key Responsibilities as a Store Manager
- Lead all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring success across sales , service , and team development .
- Drive sales performance , customer engagement , and profitability .
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee stock management , merchandising , and store presentation to company standards.
- Manage staff scheduling to maintain efficiency and service levels.
- Analyse store performance and report key metrics to senior management.
- Maintain high standards of compliance , health & safety , and operational excellence .
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
- A proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving commercial success .
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to make data-driven decisions .
