This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to support the Technical Department in ensuring smooth planning, preparation, and delivery of technical elements for events. From obtaining supplier quotations and managing equipment logistics to contributing to technical drawings and maintaining best practices, this role offers the chance to develop technical expertise while working on high-profile projects.
Assist in obtaining competitive supplier quotations for project proposals.Manage databases, software, and processes that support the Technical Department.Support the creation and review of equipment picking lists to meet project requirements.Assist with the planning of equipment deliveries and collections.You will have experience working as a AV technician in the events industry. Commercial awareness and ability to balance client satisfaction with profitability.
