MEP Design Manager – Contract | London | Up to £35ph LTDWe are working in partnership with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to appoint an MEP Design Manager on a long-term contract basis, supporting a high-profile global account delivering complex life sciences, pharmaceutical, and GMP facilities.Joining an established Project and Design Management team, you’ll play a key role in the coordination and delivery of technically demanding, fast-paced design projects. The position is based in London and will involve working closely with stakeholders across international design teams.
Manage and coordinate MEP design activities across multiple global lab/pharma projectsCollaborate with internal and external design consultants to ensure compliance with GMP and client standardsLead MEP design reviews, manage timelines, and track progress across disciplinesMinimum 5 years’ experience in an MEP Design Management roleProven background working on laboratory, pharmaceutical, or GMP environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
Location: London (hybrid flexibility may be available)Rate: Up to £35 per hour (Outside IR35, LTD company)Contract: Initial 6-month contract with extension likelyStart: ASAP
