Test Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical test machine.
• Design and build custom test rigs tailored to their exciting product innovations.
• Create and implement standard test plans to validate product reliability.
• Get hands-on with product assembly and mechanical systems.
• Use CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) to design and modify test fixtures and rigs.
• Document test procedures, results, and key insights.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to enhance product design and functionality.
• Ensure all testing meets industry standards and quality guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical testing, test rig design, and product validation.
• Basic CAD skills for design and drafting purposes.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
