Contracts Manager

A great new opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager to join a main social housing contractor on a permanent basis based in East Sussex area.

The permanent salary is from £52,000 – £55,000 per annum Benefits. You will be required to manage and oversee supervisors and a team of trade operatives and subcontractors whilst working closely with the Senior Management team.

The successful candidate will:

1. Manage and support work stream managers and supervisors for residential services in the strategic contract management of contracts across residential services for repairs.
2. Work closely with management and support team as a key influencer in decision making.
3. As a natural leader, develop relationships with colleagues and mentor them in growing their skills in support of growth targets.
4. Lead as a key influencer of the company’s values and strategic objectives.
5. Mentor and support internal and external customers in support of business growth.
6. Be responsible for achieving contract excellence in all areas (H&S, performance, productivity, budgetary).
