DEBRA’s Calling for a Cracking Retail Store/Shop Manager in Barnsley!

You will be working full-time, 35 hours a week across 5 days.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the shop team to ensure excellent customer service.
2. Oversee daily operations and maintain store standards.
3. Manage inventory and stock levels effectively.
4. Train and develop staff to maximize their potential.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
