New Business Sales Director (Financial Services) for an IT Services Business
- Software Dev technology consultancy company who build the digital journeys that SaaS vendors can’t or won’t try.
- Looking for a senior salesperson who has sold IT services to the BFS space
- Location is flexible, access to London
The Role:
- Start building the strategy to enable growth of the company both domestically and internationally.
- Building out the BFS Business Unit.
- Whilst driving the commercial growth, be part of the company’s purpose to provide a successful community ecosystem to both employees and the local population.
- Bringing in a network of industry contacts to enhance and strengthen the business.
- Reporting to the CEO, you will have a great degree of autonomy to outline your playbook and enhance and build a team that can drive the deals to enable growth. You will need to have a collaborative style and work closely with marketing, ops, and delivery directors to support the team.
The Candidate:
- Experience in selling IT Services, Software Development Services, Cloud Migration, Digital Transformation, etc. to BFS
- Evidence of growing revenues from £45m to £80-100m.
- High IQ and EQ to work with empathy in an organisation with a unique culture.
- Technically aware of the latest trends and practices at a high level.
- Well versed in agile and lean practices.

- Clients in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, etc.
Base up to £180k OTE up to £300k
