Associate Director Building Surveying

Your new companyI am currently working with a national Property Consultancy who are looking for an Associate Director in Building Surveying to join the Building Consultancy team. They are seeking someone who is chartered in the RICS and holds experience working on Commercial and Industrial real estate in the London market.

Your new role

1. Client facing building and maintaining working relationships
2. Managing and overseeing projects from inception to completion
3. Conducting surveys and assessments
4. Providing expert advice on property matters
5. Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

Your skills and experienceTo be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Chartered status with RICS
2. Proven experience in building surveying within the commercial and industrial sectors
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
5. In-depth knowledge of the London property market
