Job Title: Patient / Sales Advisor

Location: Harley Street, London

Salary: £30k+ (DOE), £66k OTE

Shifts: 9–6, 10–7, or 11–8

Saturdays: Min. 1/month. If working Saturday, it’s a 6-day week (paid extra or a day off)

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a confident and empathetic Patient / Sales Advisor with:

  • Minimum 3 years’ telesales experience
  • At least 2 years’ sales experience in the cosmetic or healthcare sector
  • Experience in B2C sales, ideally within a front-of-house/patient-facing role
  • Comfortable working in a surgical and non-surgical sexual aesthetics environment with both male and female patients

Role Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries, booking consultations and promoting the clinic’s services, doctors, and treatments
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads into face-to-face appointments
  • Engage with patients via phone, email, and SMS to ensure all enquiries are followed up promptly
  • Use your initiative to maintain a consistent and personal follow-up process
  • Maintain accurate notes and admin tasks using the clinic’s CRM and booking systems

Key Skills

  • Strong telesales experience in cosmetic healthcare
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and discretion
  • Well-spoken/native English speaker; additional languages (esp. Arabic) a plus
  • Natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships, not just one-off sales
  • A caring, confident manner when discussing sensitive treatments
  • Highly organised with strong diary management and multitasking skills
  • Persistent yet non-pushy sales approach, always with patient welfare in mind
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude and creative problem-solving
