Job Title: Account Executive / Account Manager Location: Central London, hybrid (2 days in the office a week)My client are an award-winning, full-service agency, who after a period of growth they are now looking to onboard a Account Executive & Account Manager.
They focus on employment communications that create inspiring communication strategies to connect organisations with their colleagues and potential candidates with the goal to build affection between companies and their employees, helping them to thrive and succeed.
As an Account Manager you will be required to work across & develop relationships with a mix of existing clients on a variety of projects, supporting the AD with their client projects and workloads, as well as supporting with new business development.
You will help create narratives and campaigns, by working closely with the designer, planning & insights team, to deliver results to clients.
Experience within employer branding or recruitment marketing is ideal~ A strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset~ Excellent track record of supporting with pitch work and upselling
They have an office based in Central London and can offer hybrid working with 2 days in office and 3 days working from home a week. Salary-wise they can offer a base salary of up to £45,000 depending on background and experience.
