About Us: Luo is a fast-growing fintech startup building real-time cross-border payment infrastructure for West Africa. Our platform helps businesses make international payments faster and more affordably. As a Payment Operator, you will be responsible for managing the back office operations of our payment processes. You will support the front office—led by our FX trader—by ensuring that all transactions are processed, reconciled, and documented accurately. Your role also includes providing customer support and collaborating with engineering and product teams to implement operational improvements.
Back Office OperationsProcess and reconcile daily payment transactions.Oversee customer onboarding for international payments, ensuring all KYC/KYB documents are collected and verified.Coordinate with compliance partners to validate and approve new business accounts.Maintain accurate records of onboarding documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Partner Settlement ManagementCoordinate with overseas partners to ensure timely settlement and reconciliation of cross-border transactions.Track outstanding balances and manage payment instructions across partner networks.Support the treasury team in managing cash flow across partner accounts.
