Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to take the next step in their career by joining a well-established leader in the energy sector.

This is a homebased position

You’ll be responsible for growing a portfolio of existing accounts while developing new business pipelines. Building on a strong track record in the T&D sector and growing presence in renewables, you’ll lead business development efforts across Scotland, working closely with major contractors and end users.

Evidence of creating and growing sales to the benefit of a business – Directly or indirectlySCS/Protection/PLC/SCADA/DCS/Telemetry systems.Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills with a drive for outstanding customer service and high performance culture.Understanding of business development performance drivers and able to demonstrate a broad knowledge and understanding of automation control systemsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers and key business stakeholders.Understanding of internal networks and politics within the business and marketplace and evidence of leveraging this knowledge to navigate complexity.Sales and/or technical experience in Energy sector – Oil & Gas, power generation (Conventional and Renewables) and Transmission/DistributionThis permanent vacancy is being advertised by Rullion Ltd.from large well-known brands to SMEs and start-ups.
