The Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will play a crucial role in accelerating our growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact in a mission-driven company operating at the intersection of technology and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle for our SaaS solution, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and closing deals with B2B clients in the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients (e.g., healthcare providers, administrators, clinicians).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using our CRM system.
  • Understand complex customer needs within the healthcare landscape and effectively articulate the value proposition of our platform.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide valuable market feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving UK healthcare market.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience: Demonstrable track record of success in an Account Executive or similar closing role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • SaaS Sales Expertise: Direct experience selling complex SaaS solutions is essential. You understand subscription models, recurring revenue, and SaaS sales methodologies.
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build rapport and trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Driven & Resilient: Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Location: Based in or able to commute to our London office regularly for team collaboration and client meetings.
