We are seeking a Scientific Technical Support Specialist with a PhD in a life sciences subject and hands-on experience with antibodies, ELISA kits, assay kits, and other protein-based products. In this crucial role, you will be the go-to expert for technical support, offering tailored advice to customers and distributors to ensure they select the right products for their specific needs. You will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, provide guidance on experimental protocols, and help improve customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date with the latest scientific trends and advancements in antibody-based technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Provide expert, science-driven technical support to customers, assisting with product selection, usage, and troubleshooting of antibodies, ELISA kits, assay kits, and other protein-based products.Stay up-to-date with product developments, scientific literature, and market trends to provide the most current and relevant information to customers and internal teams.Collaborate with the product development, sales, and marketing teams, sharing customer insights and providing feedback on product performance and customer needs.Create and maintain scientific documentation such as user guides, technical FAQs, and troubleshooting resources to enhance the customer experience.Conduct webinars, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers, distributors, and internal teams to enhance knowledge of product offerings and best practices.

PhD in a Life Science subject with a strong understanding of laboratory techniques.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts in an accessible way to customers and distributors with varying levels of expertise.Demonstrated ability to offer product recommendations and experimental design advice based on a solid understanding of scientific principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools for data management and reporting.Experience in customer-facing roles, including scientific sales, technical support, or training.A passion for scientific innovation and a keen interest in staying current with the latest advancements in life science research.
