As a Property Manager you will be responsible for managing 500+ BTR/co-living properties ensuring all operations run smoothly, and maintaining high level of tenant satisfaction. You’ll be an integral part of a fast-growing, community-focused company that is making a lasting impact in the urban living space.
Oversee daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service.Organise and deliver social events throughout the year.Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring all units are well-maintained and any issues are promptly addressed.Assist in creating detailed reports for the Operations department, including inspection summaries, maintenance logs, and KPI performance tracking.
2+ years of experience as a Property Manager within the BTR or co-living sector.~ A solid understanding of landlord-tenant laws, health & safety regulations, fire safety compliance, and tenancy deposit schemes.~ Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with residents and contractors alike.~ Comfortable with property management software and modern technology solutions.
