The role of the Service Engineer
Automatic Doors will involve:Field Service Engineer position dealing with the diagnosis, service and maintenance of automatic doors and entrance systemsConducting fault finding, stripping down, and the repair of automatic door systems and equipmentEnsuring all equipment is left in safe working order, restored in-line with BS 7036 and BS EN16005 safety standardsSubmission of detailed reports on the work carried out, findings, details of stock used, and a video of the doors left in working orderDelivering exceptional customer service at all timesAdhering to H&S practises at all timesThe ideal applicant will be a Service Engineer
