Maintenance Supervisor – Liverpool Street, London – Client Direct – Up to £55,000 + Excellent PackageWe’ve got a unique opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to work client side for a leading financial institution, based just outside of Liverpool Street Station, London. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the engineering service partner on site, oversee all logbooks and site documents, represent the client in a positive manner, set performance standards and ensure all compliance and H&S is adhered to.
To be successful in the Maintenance Supervisor role, you must have experience of working within a maintenance setting within commercial buildings along with a track record of leading and managing teams.
Maintenance Supervisor Duties:
Ensure all compliance and statutory documentation is kept up to date at a professional standardOversee and issue Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) and PermitsAct as the primary contact for the on-site client, maintaining a healthy and professional relationshipOversee service partner activities and ensure all works are up to relevant regulationsMaintain site records and use the CAFM system for job tracking and reporting.Oversee the daily engineering operations on siteOversee the service partners management of the BMS system
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role, leading / supervising service partners or sub contractorsManaged log books, compliance and statutory documentationHave excellent communication skillsHigh calibre H&S knowledgeIOSH / NEBOSH – Desirable
