Our client, a leading global hedge fund, is seeking a highly motivated Desktop Support Analyst to join their growing global systems team in London. The firm has experienced significant growth over the past 15 years and now manages assets exceeding $10bn, with a presence in key global financial hubs.As a Desktop Support Analyst , you will be the primary point of contact for all technical support queries from the London user base and will support other offices globally. This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical skill set while providing essential support in a fast-paced trading environment.
Provide technical support for a broad range of financial software and tools, with an emphasis on troubleshooting and delivering excellent customer service.Serve as the first point of contact for all technical support issues within the London office.Participate in project work and contribute to the development of internal systems and processes.Support and maintain workstations, including hardware break/fix, desk setups, and software installations.Manage market data applications such as Bloomberg, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting when needed.
