Maintenance Manager – National Leadership Role
Location: Based in Brierley Hill, with travel to other site
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance + Holiday + Pension + Income Protection
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and managing all maintenance activities across multiple cold storage and refrigeration sites in the UK
- Building and developing a high-performing team of engineers
- Driving site improvements and rolling out engineering best practices
- Taking full responsibility for compliance, performance, and reliability across all locations
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to support the business’s wider growth objectives
What they’re looking for:
- A proven Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer with strong leadership capability
- A background in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing or distribution environments
- Hands-on engineering knowledge, either electrical or mechanical
- A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving problems at scale
- Relevant engineering qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC/HND)
