Cyd Innovation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organisation. The Operations Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

Performance Excellence: Support the continuing growth of the Operations Department, lead our energy efficiency retrofit schemes and support the development of new contract opportunities.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.Ensure all projects comply with UK building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the organisation is meeting its financial targets.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including risk management and adherence to legal standards.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Manage and develop a team of employees, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they are performing at their best
