We’re looking for a versatile Account Director with significant experience in PR and communications specifically within the travel and tourism sector . You’ll bring leadership, strategy, and creativity to a dynamic international portfolio and play a key role in driving exceptional client results.
The ideal candidate will:Have solid PR and communications experience within the travel and tourism industryPossess outstanding leadership and team management skillsBe confident delivering senior-level client consultancy and strategyBe commercially astute and results-focusedDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe creative, proactive, and solutions-drivenHave strong knowledge of the media landscape, including influencers and digitalThrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environmentIdeally has experience with clients in Saudi and the Middle EastIs flexible to cover Sunday working daysArabic skills are a bonus
Key responsibilities:Leading strategy and delivery for major international travel clientsActing as a senior client advisor and trusted partnerManaging and mentoring high-performing account teamsContributing to agency growth through business development and innovationRepresenting clients and LOTUS at industry events, press trips, and media briefings
