Full Stack Developer

Fully Remote position within the UK on the day-day

An award-winning insurance organization is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to come on board to enhance its goal of providing great new services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality, reliable, and testable code
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to deliver system features
• Participate in sprint planning, work estimation, and forecasting
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and functional/performance testing
• Improve software performance and troubleshoot critical issues
• Streamline the software development lifecycle for efficiency
• Ensure adherence to security and governance standards
• Work closely with DevOps engineers to improve build and release processes
• Develop reusable services for faster delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• Ideally 3+ years of experience in either front-end, back-end or full-stack professional development roles
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, node.js, react.js, T-SQL
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, Fargate) and serverless technologies
• Knowledge of CI/CD, version control tools (GIT), and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., OWASP, Cyber Essentials)
• Experience with databases (e.g., AWS RDS, DynamoDB, SQL Server)
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
• Familiarity with agile development and DevOps principles
• Experience in regulated financial services (desirable)
