This opportunity is ideal for an experienced counsellor or psychotherapist who thrives in a group-based and holistic setting, with a focus on the treatment of addictions through a structured 28-day residential programme.
You’ll join a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team offering a blend of 1:1 therapy, psychoeducational groups, and relapse prevention sessions – all delivered within a safe and community-driven therapeutic environment.
Facilitate group therapy aligned with the 12-Step Minnesota modelDeliver 1:1 therapy to clients in addiction recoveryParticipate in ward rounds and treatment planningMaintain accurate and timely clinical recordsSupport client integration and progress within the communityCommit to regular supervision and CPDTypically 3 clients per group, rising to 8-9 when co-facilitating with another addictions therapist.
