I’m currently collaborating with a well-established subcontractor that’s been delivering top-notch reinforced concrete (RC) frame and groundwork solutions across London and the Southeast since the 1980s. What They’re Looking For:

• Temporary works: 5+ years of experience in the design of formwork, falsework and propping
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with post-tensioning, precast, and hybrid structures is a plus.
• Safety & Compliance: A strong commitment to health and safety standards, with relevant certifications being advantageous.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including temporary works departments and plant hire services.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for value engineering and innovative construction methods.
