At Encore Kitchens, you’ll be part of a dynamic team of ambitious professionals driving innovation in the food-delivery economy. We’re reshaping the landscape of food service by enabling national, mid-market, and local restaurants to scale through our dark kitchen solutions.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, leading strategic negotiations and shaping the value proposition of our dark kitchens offering. Your work will directly impact how restaurants expand, operate efficiently, and reach new customer bases.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations with restaurant partners—ranging from independents to national chains.
  • Develop and articulate a compelling value proposition tailored to different restaurant segments.
  • Identify, target, and generate new partnership opportunities across the UK.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to deliver seamless partner onboarding and success.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine strategy and stay ahead.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a similar role.
  • A track record of exceeding targets and driving commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the food-delivery, hospitality, or real estate sectors is a strong plus.
