Junior Architectural Technician

Manchester | £25,000 – £30,000 | Hybrid + Flexitime + Bonus

Your Role:

• Support technical drawing packages from tender to construction
• Work across RIBA 4–6 with site coordination & consultant liaison
• Produce Building Regs drawings and assist with submissions
• Collaborate on standard details, specs and schedules
• Stay on top of CDM and statutory requirements

What You’ll Need:

• 1+ years UK practice experience is desirable but not essential
• AutoCAD 2D proficiency
• Solid understanding of UK Building Regs
• Sharp eye for detail and proactive problem-solving
• Strong team and communication skills
