Are you an experienced Application Support Team Leader looking for your next challenge? Join a leading financial services organisation where you’ll play a critical role in managing and supporting a team of technical specialists across a range of vendor and internally developed financial applications.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor the Application Support team across multiple locations, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and strategic direction.
  • Manage incident resolution, prioritising major technical issues and driving service improvements.
  • Oversee SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, chair major incident calls, and provide postmortem analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and enhance team efficiency.
  • Train and mentor team members, setting clear career progression paths.
  • Collaborate on release management, incident fixes, and change implementation.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • ITIL Foundation 3/4 certification or higher.
  • AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals.
  • A degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience leading global cross-functional teams in a technical environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and PowerShell.
