What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor the Application Support team across multiple locations, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and strategic direction.
- Manage incident resolution, prioritising major technical issues and driving service improvements.
- Oversee SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, chair major incident calls, and provide postmortem analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and enhance team efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members, setting clear career progression paths.
- Collaborate on release management, incident fixes, and change implementation.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- ITIL Foundation 3/4 certification or higher.
- AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals.
- A degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience leading global cross-functional teams in a technical environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and PowerShell.
