Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Community Associate located in Kidderminster. The Community Associate will be responsible for providing community support, communication, case management, and community health services on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication
- Community Support and Case Management skills
- Experience in Community Health
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in community service roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Health, or related field
