About the Opportunity

You’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for clients, working closely with experienced Financial Consultants and gaining hands-on experience in delivering outstanding client service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Be the primary liaison for client enquiries, delivering a first-class service experience.
  • Case Management: Proactively manage client cases, supporting them throughout the application process.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure client records are maintained in line with FCA standards and data protection regulations.
  • Operational Support: Work with the Head of Client Relations to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist Financial Consultants with client-related administration and coordination.
  • General Office Duties: Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and assist with administrative tasks.
