Key Responsibilities:
- Review files flagged for investigation by management.
- Identify and monitor legitimate retentions, ensuring timely periodic reviews.
- Investigate and return residual balances as needed.
- Support Fee Earners and management in minimising and resolving residual balances efficiently.
- Assist with closing and archiving old files.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in a professional services company ideally law firm is preferred but not essential.
- Experience clearing residual balances
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Professional and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Confident communicating at all levels.
