Digital & Operations Officer – Empowering Education, Transforming Lives

As our Digital & Operations Officer, you will be at the heart of our mission—processing grants, supporting our members, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless operations through cutting-edge digital tools.
What You’ll Do:
·Process and track grant applications using Salesforce
·Provide crucial support to colleagues, trustees, and stakeholders
·Coordinate and provide hands on support for events that bring together colleagues and key changemakers
·Ensure compliance and data protection best practices
·Support our Membership and Grant Partner community to engage with our work
Who You Are:
·A CRM pro (Salesforce experience? Even better!)
·A digital enthusiast who embraces new tech and AI for efficiency
·An organiser with attention to detail
·A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people at all levels
·A self-starter who thrives in a small, predominantly home based team

Location: Home based/hybrid or office based
Hours: 18 – 21 hours per week between Monday – Thursday.
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 FTE dependent on experience.
