CMC Technical Lead

Job Description

We are currently working with a reputable CDMO client looking for a highly experienced CMC professional to join their team in Switzerland. You will be part of a growing organization, driving successful outcomes in complex-molecule drug development.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership in technical and CMC areas for complex-molecule drug development projects.
• Developing and achieving successful CMC outcomes for clients.
• Establishing strategic vision and guiding network direction for complex protein programs, collaborating with operational and commercial teams.
• Managing multi-disciplinary complex protein projects across the network with minimal supervision, communicating effectively with peers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Providing expertise in at least two areas within upstream, downstream, or analytics.
• Delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget using lean methods,
• Presenting technical findings and recommendations to external stakeholders.

An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Expertise in multiple analytical techniques with 10+ years' experience in CMC or related fields.
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Proven experience in collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Thorough knowledge of CMC requirements in large-molecule biologics.
