Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online administration.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration and automation.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, compliance policies, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator) are a plus.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with hybrid Exchange environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and troubleshooting.
