As they prepare to open their doors, they are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Nursing Home Manager to lead this exciting new project. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the culture, quality of care, and success of a brand-new home from the ground up.
As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of this brand-new facility. You will play a key role in ensuring that the home provides the highest standard of care, develops a strong and positive culture, and operates efficiently in line with regulatory requirements. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be the driving force behind the home’s success, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring a person-centered approach to care.
Lead the setup and operational management of the 86-bed care home, ensuring high-quality care and smooth day-to-day operations.Develop and implement person-centered care plans, ensuring residents’ individual needs are met with respect and dignity.Ensure the home meets and exceeds all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and collaboration.Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring the team has the skills and support needed to provide outstanding care.Manage the home’s budget and financial performance, ensuring effective use of resources and maintaining profitability.Proven experience as a Nursing Home ManagerRegistered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin number.Strong knowledge of CQC standards, healthcare regulations, and quality assurance processes.Passion for providing exceptional care and improving the quality of life for residents.A flexible and adaptable approach to managing change and development.
