Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and wholesale channels. This is a key role responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and supporting sales growth both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Campaign Management

  1. Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and product launches.
  2. Lead seasonal storytelling and content planning, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  3. Own the planning and execution of product launch campaigns including timelines, messaging, and retail support.

Retail & Wholesale Marketing Support

  1. Partner with key global retailers to create compelling trade marketing activations.
  2. Support global launches with tailored marketing plans and drive in-store and online visibility.
  3. Ensure alignment across sales and retail teams on promotional calendars, launches, and marketing assets.

Digital Marketing

  1. Oversee content strategy for email, social media, website, and influencer activity.
  2. Support the execution of digital campaigns to drive DTC growth (with in-house or external digital teams).
  3. Collaborate on paid social, CRM, and e-commerce strategies.

Content Creation & Brand Assets

  1. Work closely with creative and production teams to brief and produce high-quality content.
  2. Manage campaign shoot planning and post-production timelines.
  3. Ensure a consistent visual identity that reflects our luxury positioning.

PR, Influencer & Events

  1. Collaborate with PR teams and external agencies to amplify product and brand awareness.
  2. Manage VIP and influencer seeding strategies aligned with key launches and global campaigns.
  3. Plan and execute brand events, retail activations, and masterclasses.

Reporting & Analytics

  1. Monitor campaign and channel performance, reporting KPIs to the leadership team.
  2. Recommend optimisations based on data and customer insights.

Key Skills & Experience:

  1. 4+ years of experience in marketing within luxury beauty, skincare, or fashion.
  2. Experience managing marketing calendars, launches, and cross-functional teams.
  3. Strong understanding of both digital and retail environments.
  4. Exceptional communication, project management, and storytelling skills.
  5. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  6. A passion for skincare and beauty with a knowledge of current trends and market dynamics.
