Project & Account Manager (Brand Activations at Festivals) – £40,000-£48,000 or £250 per day (Outside IR35) – hybrid – London (Permanent or Freelance)
Profiles Creative are hiring for a leading brand experience agency in London, seeking a project/account manager on both a permanent and freelance basis. Previous experience in a client facing role is a must and project managing brand activations at festivals is essential as you’ll be working across at least 7 major festivals for a key account. You’ll also be tapping into various trade show/pop up projects for a major e-commerce brand. The role will be hybrid at our clients office in London.
The Role:
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring success from start to finish.
- Define and deliver project goals, staying realistic on budgets and timelines.
- Blend operational and creative needs to bring campaigns to life.
- Maintain clear documentation—timing plans, reports, budgets, and briefs.
- Drive client relationships, proactively adding value and seeking new opportunities.
- Oversee financials, track budgets, and protect project margins.

This role would suit a seasoned account and project manager with experience in brand activations at festivals. You’ll be experienced in managing end to end client communication, managing resource and timescales.
